The following Rulebooks and Rules Modifications are to be used for the 2025-2026 season.
Game Rules
All games are played according to the current official NFHS Ice Hockey Rulebook, except where modified by the NJSIAA or the individual league.
Rule Precedence
In any situation involving conflicting rules, the following order of precedence applies:
• Individual league rules take precedence over both NJSIAA and NFHS rules.
• NJSIAA rules take precedence over NFHS rules.
• NFHS rules serve as the foundational rulebook.
